Can we replace the stock with aftermarket stock or brace

Yes, as long as its compatible with the mil-spec buffer tube you'll be able to use any aftermarket brace/stock.

what is the length of the brace? compare to the original 20/20N

It would be significantly longer compared to the 20/20N expect it to be over 19" in length. The exact measurement can vary depending on the stock or brace used and the position it’s set to.
