Its a grip! I sort of like how it locks into the frame instead of sitting on the rail, but what i dont like is how it was kind of hard to get it to actually settle in there while tightening it up, while also managing to sit low enough below the handgun to feel a little unnatural.
I hold it in a way where one of my fingers goes up above, just below the barrel to have it feel more grip like, but otherwise a must for running this like a rifle.

The GR30 rail is not long enough to accommodate the FG20 grip.

Are you asking if this will mount directly on the Tac .45 factory pic rail? It is pic rail mounted so you should have no issue sliding it on. How nicely it will play with your exact model, I can't say. Feel free to try and return as per our money-back guarantee if it does not work out.
