No, the charging handle won’t work if a slide-mounted optic is installed.
These are a godsend for folks with weakened hand strength! I've ordered two, one for a model 19 and one for a model 23. The box lists different Glock model #s and my model's boxes were appropriately checked. The list includes the model 20. Where is it? I gotta' have one yet don't see it to order it.

If you're running an OEM Glock slide, yes. The charging handle is designed to fit perfectly into the OEM Glock slide's grooves.

I have a G26 with a CTC LG-26 Lasergrip. Will this fit?

Looks like laser grip sits a bit higher than the top of the grip, and our charging handle sits a bit lower than the bottom of the slide. You may be able to get it to work with a bit of modification like sanding the bottom of GCH or the top of the laser grip.

I got two of these (one for my Gen 3 Glock 17 & 26). It mounts and works great on my G-17 but on my G-26 the slide won’t close unless I use force. I’ve tightened it throughly to insure it’s mounted correctly. But once it’s closed then it’s super difficult to pull back/re charge. It’s seems like it just a hair to thick based on the tolerance between the slide and frame. Can it be gently sanded or filed so it works properly?

I too had my gunsmith shave the bottom of the rack assist on my Glock 26. Could not rack it without it sticking. Now is working as it should. The one for my S&W Shield fit with no problems. Really helps for both weapons.

Having grown older and developing arthritis it is much harder to rack the slide on my pistols. My wife and daughter have also had difficulty racking the slide on their pistols as well. I ordered two of the Recover Tactical charging handles for my Glock 19 and my wife’s Smith & Wesson Shield. They made racking the slide so much easier. I ordered several more and even modified one with a razor blade to fit my Glock 34 MOS. It does make the gun a little wider but that is what makes it easier to pull on. I purchased one of these and installed it on my Glock 19. I am purchasing three more for other Glocks I own with similar frame diminutions. I wish Recover would make one for the Glock 45 cal. and 10mm frames and I would purchase them also. These look good on the weapon and make easy work of loading an empty carry weapon.
